To lose weight effectively, you will have to change your lifestyle;

  1. The food you eat
  2. How you eat
  3. Increase your cardio exercise
  4. Avoid cravings

Do not set yourself goals that are hard to reach set small goals what you know you can make for example lose 5lbs, not only will make it easier to focus on you it will increase your confidence. If you set to lose 20lbs and you don’t make it you will think it isn’t working whilst small loss will keep you going and ontrack.

To achieve healthy weight loss,�you must; eat�healthy�and do�regular physical exercise. Some people try to lose weight by using drugs such as fenfluoramine, nicotine or cocaine, herbs such as ephedra, or surgery such as liposuction.
