Everyone has a six pack. It’s just covered in fat or they are not big enough. There are many exercises you can do for your abdominals however most are ineffective.
Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. Place your hands behind your ears. As you exhale, curl your head and torso towards your knees until your shoulder blades are off the floor. Then return to the starting position while inhale.
Side Crunches are basically the same as regular crunches, except the main focus is on the oblique muscles (love handles). The same technique applies, only your crunching to either side of your abs. You should feel the burn of the sides of your abs.
